• User Generated Content:
  • If we offer the ability to comment, participate in forums, or otherwise post content on our Services, you are solely responsible for the content you post.
  • You must ensure your User Content is legal, accurate, and respectful.
  • Healiscope does not pre-screen User Content but reserves the right to remove or edit any User Content that violates these Terms or that it deems objectionable.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the Services or content without Healiscope’s prior written consent.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party websites or services. We encourage you to read the terms of use and privacy policies of those websites or services before using them.  

8. Modifications:

Healiscope reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on our Services. Your continued use of our Services after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Severability:

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be struck and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
